Rhythmic Gymnastics



Beginner Class
Curriculum rhythmic gymnastics enlightenment, children's hand-eye coordination ability, promote brain health, physical shape, exercise physical growth and intelligence, teach children's self-discipline ability early, guide children to learn beauty, and take care of personal development. The training class mainly learns equipment movements, and secondly learns simple basic skills of rhythmic gymnastics.

Curriculum: 4 lessons, per month
Admission age: 4-6 years old girls
 
Little Gym
Through rhythmic gymnastics exercises, children can be more confident and love sports. This stage is in the critical period of physical condition. Through physique and special training, children can gain a beautiful body and master children's sports skills during the critical period of growth. Mainly, the basic skills of artistic exercises. Learn art exercise equipment exercises, complete sets of exercises. Prepare for Malaysian Kuala Lumpur Gymnastics Association Grading, club or local & overseas competition.
Curriculum: 8 lessons, per month
Admission age: 6-9 years old girls
 
Grade 1 to Grade 2
This course is aimed at students with existing basic foundations, improving, quality, and expressiveness, so that students have tenacious perseverance and precise temperament. Strengthen the exercises of flexibility and body movements, and learn equipment techniques. Prepare for Malaysian Kuala Lumpur Gymnastics Association Grading, club or local & overseas competition.

Curriculum: 8 lessons, per month
Admission age: 7-12 years old girls

Grade 3 to Grade 5
This course is aimed at students who already have a foundation to improve personal performance, teamwork, and develop the overall quality of rhythmic gymnastics. Learn the complex techniques of equipment, and learn the low to medium physical difficulty movements in the international rhythmic gymnastics scoring rules. Prepare for Malaysian Kuala Lumpur Gymnastics Association Grading, club or local & overseas competition.

Curriculum: 8 to 12 lessons, per month
Admission age: 8 years old and above
 
Elite Class
This course is aimed at outstanding students in other classes, and selects students with strong comprehensive abilities, excellent physical conditions, strong learning desires, and the most potential for development, and children who are willing to focus on the development of rhythmic gymnastics. The complex techniques of learning equipment, learning and difficult movements in the international rhythmic gymnastics scoring rules. Participate in national competitions, prepare for Malaysian Kuala Lumpur Gymnastics Association Grading, club or local & overseas competition.

Curriculum: 12 lessons, per month
Admission age: 7 years old and above
Class  setting: small class teaching
